Topic: Update 2012-3-3

Updates have been applied to the game. The following changes were made by Torqez!

+ Empire names on the system page have colors that reflect your family's relations
+ Fixed bug in research bonus calculation
+ Fixed the percent sign on research bonuses not showing on a planet's page.
+ Fixed affairs of state sometimes showing the wrong food numbers
+ Added "All" link to the aid page.
