I think they're just gonna gain as many planets as possible before "the big war". They'll prolly lose that one though, so why not make sure they start with a lead and they're ready to control the damage at least. Could be wrong here, but thats the (only) way I see them winning the round

I hereby cancel on 10, war will start 24hrs before they war 11/01

thats all the time I need to kill them anyway plus I only log in once a day for 1-2 ticks so really they will lose in less than 2 ticks
