Seven just isnt enough for all the small time ops.. For the big time ops yes it is a perfect amount..

what i suggest is to have two ops amounts.. One for soft ops, one for hard ops..

Maybe 10 soft ops 5 hard ops is the maximum accumilation.. And everytick 1 of each is recovered?

I just find 7 to be a ridiculously small amount...
