Topic: Select bonus planets

As resource bonus% got higher this round building let's say MF's on a ENDO planet becomes stupid.

So when building, next to the toggle button you could add a specified toggle button for resource planets.

Toggle Iron
Toggle Food
....

I like this idea.  Very annoying toggling only the iron planets to OB.
