As you know a morale cap was introduced to allow a maximum of 10% morale regeneration per tick. This will make it useless for a player to hold more than 5 morale planets at any given time, as the extra morale will simply be wasted.

As of now it hasn't been possible to apply this to a single galaxy, so all galaxies will be affected by this, including Pinwheel.

We suggest families spread their morale planets throughout their members, allowing everyone to be more involved.
