Topic: Pinwheel closed early

As stated in announcements the round will be closed early.

We want to close it tomorrow or something like that but want to know whether or not people have any objections for it.

Pinwheel is supposed to end Oct 5, just because certain fams got owned early doesn't make sense to ruin the fun for all the fams.

If anything, there should be a vote ingame on whether the round should be closed early.  It looks like mods already made their decision, and just want people to support them.

The round closing has to do with the requests we got from several people... The uni post is made so people can come here to tell whether or not they like it or not...

You have listened to a noisy minority and not given voice to the silent (because there is nothing to complain about) majority who are enjoying the round.  I'm sure those who are not doing so well can wait three weeks for round end.

keep it open. there is much unexplored territory. it feels like things are just starting to get interesting (haven't seen much in the way of full scale war) and then boom! PW is closing...

Leave it open, the reason why 69 and 61 are a bit bigger then other fams is because they have been infra whoring all round. There have been no big wars yet. I really dont see any reason at all for ending it early?

I got complaints from someone today that attacking them would be dishonorable or w/e, as we are double their NW. They are the third biggest target we can hit (outside of alliance/naps), and only 200k nw behind the number 3 ranked fam, and i wouldn't have hit them for more than 15% of their planets.


this would apply to all other fams in the gal, as we are about to become double the nw of the 3rd ranked fam as well and the 2nd ranked fam is our ally.


so, the question is, will you take a raping quietly, pay us 15% of your planets in new expos for a nap, or do you want to end the round here and now?

please be realistic and answer my question:


what would you rather have:
1. get raped by a fam double (or more) your nw?
2. pay for a nap with 15% of your planets before being raped?
3. end round early?

just post the number you think is applicable to you.

Im in the fam that are ranked 4th atm and i love that we have someone bigger then us to catch up with and i love that there will be a big war between us close to EOR. So dont close pw early!

Or how about #4 option every family in PW just attack your family lets make it an 11 v 2 war and see what happens. Hows that sound. It beats ending the round. I mean if your ending it just becuase your so big in the game in real life your probably a short man. Lets change the rules instead of end it just for this round and let us all attack and destroy you.

61 and 69 are the only problem with pw atm... there are still a lot of fams that can fight each other fairly... just depends on whether 61/69 want to bottom feed on the #3 fam and below or not... IMO they should just nap everyone and be more active in MW so the rest of PW can still have fun

how is that fun for us, especially for those who don't play mw (me big_smile). although bottom feeding isn't fun either.
