Topic: Did Taliban deliberately target SEALTeam 6?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-south-asia-14430735

'Reports say the Chinook helicopter was shot down by the Taliban.

US sources say most of the 31 Americans who died were from the Navy Seal unit which killed Osama Bin Laden, but are "unlikely" to be the same personnel.'

so was this a revenge attack for the Bin Laden killing?

More then likely it was just a coincidence.

Do you know what the chain of command is here? It's the chain I go get and beat you with to show you who's in command.

Re: Did Taliban deliberately target SEALTeam 6?

I'm getting sick of this, they shoot at every helicopter.  They got lucky and its like we lost the fricking war.  My granddad flew in 8th Army Air Force, that's an outfit that lost 33% casualties over the course of WW2.

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.
Steve Jobs has ruined this joke.
