go pop banker if the round is long enuf, you can start by fb with CFs then adding LQ as the planet pop is gettin to max, and when u get a good pop income you can replace CFs by RCs or more LQs, or fund research, whatever, your pop based income wont be touched if you have a decent wizs amount

yeah pax is a safe pop banking way, as much as it is a safe cf/to banking way. you are sacrificing some research and economy for the protection against OH or estorms etc.

yes CF is safe too, but CFs can be nuked, while pop can never be affected by an agent op

yes you're right EM, I was answering to flashy, you can only be OHd by other pax and he'll focuse in other bankers to succesfully cast the spell, but your CFs can still be nuked, I never said LQs cannot be nuked, it affects the pop yes, but the planets affected still remain at max pop, and the lose of infra will increase your research income after tic, idk what makes u lose more tho, losing CFs, TOs or LQs by nukes, it all depends on the amount of it

Your in PW so i would go cf/rc/to to start. just mix in your RCs. once you get to 200-300% demo RCs and just invest

Pretty sure if you received 3-5X LQ hits, you would see a massive pop drop...which might still be maxed out, but it wouldn't grow back, lol...:P Pretty sure the res bonus increase would not compensate for that...not easily anyways, unless you had huge research bonuses already... tongue
