Just a simple idea/suggestion:
Make it so that the list of buildings/units under construction is collapsed with a link providing the expanded version (ie what it is now).

With the current tendency of building to a certain OB%, it may lead to have a LOT of separate entries for several small batches of buildings on all your planets. It makes the list extremely long, and since the units info is also on the same page, it's just annoying to have to scroll all the way down to see the units info. As a banker, I can tell from experience, it's simply annoying to have all those separate entries for buildings under construction. What really interests us is the summary of what's being built now for both buildings and units. With an expandable link, you still have the option to cancel a specific entry.
