dude

go into excel

make one cell with start pop and one cell with your race pop growth
then make the cell below the start pop as follows : =[startpop]*(1+(0,05*(1+[$race pop growth$]))
The copy the last formula cell down into oblivion and u have it!

You can also, if you have enough skillz, have excel grab the info directly from IC and then setup calculations...so you can watch all of your planets...just suggesting
