Basically what happened was his fam started a fight a little while back, DS retaliated and took some from them, things calmed down just from lack of shares and no gaining.

I came back from being inactive and had shares with a number of families, I jumped to fight 91 and 01 and after that was taken care of moved on to 96 and 99 with what I had left.  I took like 2 systems off of them, he whined and spammed my inbox and I told him to talk to Arby3 if he wanted a nap.  He never did to get one arranged so like 3-4 days later(Today) I cleared another system.  He sent a bunch more whiny messages and stuff like this one:

also i posted in other sections too because of the simple fact that not all players look in all the sections---alot only follow topics in certain sections and disregard many of the sections. as for a reply saying its because i dont use proper sentences really? are you kidding me? now i would like to add another question to my thread....

do the admins still care for the game as they once did in the old days of IC or have they lost  some of there spunk and tenacity and pride in making sure the game grows and only gets better?  do the admins still have that drive that once was? i just would like to hear from the admins themselves that they still have the drive and such like the old times to make IC the best plus im curious as to know the answers to these questions as i have not lost my willingness and pride of the game...

i am still dedicated as ever to IC as i was back over a decade ago....i have huge respect for the game and it really gets deep under my skin when i see those who do not care for nor respect the game and try to undermine it and take steps to destroy the credibility, growth, and fun of IC.....what things can be done to increase growth and legitamacy and promotion by players such as myself that hold the highest respect for IC outside of IC and bring some glory back to this game and make sure that it does not plunge into the darkness of forgotten massively multiplayer online(MMO)  games and die.....

i already teach as many new ppl as i can find on the game and lobby to  and personally play with honor and respect??????? and this is not just a topic to bitch about one person arby although he was the last straw that persuaded me to ask these questions and openly address this outwardly and ive noticed and had my eyes opened this round to the simple fact that the respect and honor in our gameplay that once was the fabric of gameplay within IC is all but dissapeared.....

@ tracy- as for the nap i asked noob(which is the leader) for a nap when the entire systems started getting cleared and got no response at all i waited and waited for a response and nothing now more and more systems keep going and i tried to be nice in the first messages and explain he was demolishing first round players that are still learning the ins and outs of ic and to please back off....the attacks ramped up even higher after that info was shared and i tried yet again contacting noob twice more since the attacks have started and nothing not a peep back...now im not saying stop everything completely i asked to simply back off alittle and chill some on the farming of the first rounders.....

yes that was a message i sent but not after so many messages telling me that he wants the game to die and he doesnt care for  or respect the game itself now what wasnt said is the messages about how he wants the game to die off and such....now that is what got under my skin badly as i have the utmost respect for the game and helping teach the new players and honor in play (call me old school IC) and want and always have wanted this game to flourish and grow and be a fun environment filled with comradery and respect because so many poeple take large amounts of time out of there lives to log on and play this everyday...

i mean come on now people say its just a game and use that excuse too much to justify actions where for many its more then just a game because such large amounts of there lives are dedicated to this so called "game" and have friendships on here with each other.....now i apologize for threats or outbursts but there was reasons behind my actions as i am extremely passionate about this game....

i still believe in my feelings intensely about arby and that wont change as i believe you bring over who you are and what kinda of person you are in actual life into the game but im man enough to apologize(so if your passionate or a downer or shitty person in the game then i believe your passionate or a downer or "cough" have issues with mommy not holding you enough and a shitty person in the real world too---its all connected) i will check back within the hour or 2 to respond to any responses and/or comments about what i have said

arby3 is not the guy who i am having problems against it is arby3p0.....as for name-calling i dont start out that way it ended up turning nasty only after i asked nicely multiple times and tried to explain that he was farming a first rounder and nicely to chill out alittle and not ruin the round for my new guys (as he was farming like 10 planets off my new guys at a time)...i even used please multiple times...it was only after after he would make comments like "talk to my leader about nap" and i did just such and then went right back to farming huge portions of there planets(of which i have never gotten a response to the many many messages i sent) along with telling me he wants this game dead and doesnt care. apparently me telling him they were first rounders and all that that actually prolly inticed him because the attacks actually gained in numbers and frequency..... and like i said yes arby3p0 is what sent me to start the thread but i was talking about more ppl then just him alone and did not intend for it to be about him alone but all those with no respect,honor and those purposely ruining ppls rounds and undermining the game.... i also made 3 because i know some ppl only read certain categories in the forums so i wanted more exposure and feedback on the thread which is why i posted 3.....now as for artic i wont even get into the colors as they are part of the problem as we also had about 3-4 seperate naps in place with them and they would finalize the nap and then not a day  sometimes hours later turn around and take a sh**load of planets from us purposely breaking the nap because our attacks and retakes would stop altogether as we actually respect + honor naps and such and we would be like wtf and they would respond and talk to us about it and right as we would start to retake those they would talk to us and we would finalize another nap and our attacks would stop and the would wait and break the nap yet again and take a huge amount from us....it was a neverending cycle as we tried to stick to our word and not attack as we had naps....they showed no respect nor honor almost all round with us also....i only get mad as hell after nice doesnt work and only use certain words when certain things are done like nap breaking and telling me there trying to kill ic which im very passionate about this game as mentioned before..(i have certain reasons why my passion is so incredibly stromg for this game of which human foot which i am very good friends with knows of)....ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CLEAR THAT WHEN I SPEAK OF ARBY3P0 I AM TALKING ABOUT RUNEX BUT HIS EMPIRE NAME IS ARBY3P0 AND AS YOU HAVE SAID ARBY3 IS NOT A BAD GUY THEN WHY IS HE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES REQUESTING A NAP? Well, Arby's usually on irc (if that helps ) and as i said before I won't get into this (any more than i have already) cuz this doesn't concern me.. except for the fact that if it's true what you're saying (and I'm not saying it's not true) than it sucks for you, and it's a low move from their side.. though i do wanna hear both sides of the story

i would absolutely talk to arby(aka noob--06 fam leader) on irc if i was able to but i cant right now cuz my high speed is down as my laptop got hacked and now has trojans and spyware and adware and i am on a dial up connection on my families desktop with irc capabilities locked out.....but i mean replies to messages isnt hard at all...not in the least bit so i dont see why i have not gotten even one response to the many (more then 5) times i have messaged him about a nap so my family can at the very least stop getting farmed and have a fighting chance to pull ourselves out of the deep hole that 06 has single-handedly put us deep within.......to at least fight try our best to rank and finish a respectable round placement...and yes it does suck.....we have been farmed the whole round by families systematically one by one.....

I've only taken like 60 planets, I cleared the systems I was in....I'm not the leader, Arby tells me to go get planets so I hit 91 and took a few systems from them, 96 was hitting us so I took them out, you guys had been hitting when I was inactive so I cleared your systems as you weren't napped...Talk to Arby, not me.  He is the leader

Oh good grief...ok, here's my can of beans:

First and foremost, this is Imperial Conflict. It's a warfare game. As such, people fight. It's the nature of it, and why we play. Don't let that be an excuse for dishonorable play however. I play by the rules, always have, always will. I play with honor and respect. I wont kill a family off, unless they really deserve it. You can ask 05, 95, or 97 about that. I took what I wanted in our skirmishes and offered them a nap. Only more retaliation followed at their own choice, not mine.

As for you, 99, we have been fighting the entire round. Maybe not solidly, or in a great war, but we've gone back and forth. I've been clearing you from our side in sector 4 for a long time now. Same goes for 96 and any other family that comes near. That's the pure nature of this game. My family has fought every other family in the top 10 this round. Being setback by only having 1 active attacker THIS WHOLE ROUND, things didn't end well in those wars. I've napped almost all of the top 10. Not for free either, in the past 4 real life weeks, almost 700 planets have gone through my families hands. Most have ended up in the hands of the other top 10 families. How do I replenish those lost planets? By doing what any other player would do, and hitting who I can to get those planets back. Most of my family, like others, have inactives. More so now that KOTH is open and running. I admit, my KOTH family is more interesting at the moment, and doing well, so they have gotten most of my attention. I have not abandoned my MW family, but being there only a few of us left super active, they get as much attention as needed to keep the ball rolling.

I do apologize for not getting a timely response to your messages. I use my phone to play IC while working, and because of the old inbox format and script that links planet coords, it would take forever to load my inbox, if it didn't freeze up attempting to do so. By the time I get off my 12 hour shift, I forget you sent me a message. I have other important matters I have to tend to as leader.

You're teaching new players how to play, and losing puts them off the game? There are 255 players in milky way this round. They can't all be winners. That's the game. That's why people try to win. If everybody could win, where would the fun be? The better players in this game don't know how to win, they know how to lose. With honor and grace and try harder the next round. I came back from an IC vacation for over an year. My families won 2 rounds in a row, and it got boring. No competition. This round I get all randoms, and some PW players I didn't know and we had fun while we were all active. When half the family went inactive, we are still having fun. I'm taking care of the ones that put the time and effort in the game to get something out of it. Does it come at your expense? Planet wise, yes. But gameplay wise? No. Defend yourself. In all the attacks we've done on you THE WHOLE ROUND, you've not tried to retake for anything. Retaking is what wins wars. Teach your new players that, and they will survive.

I am the first rounder here. And arby i made retakes and lost over 10 for that action... So its not too wise thing to do. *wants to say that poking a hornet nest is not wise when they already angry*

Actually things that makes me want to leave is at some point of game 5 familys attacked us in same time so if we got naps with some of them there became others like some kind a mofo cooperation to kick us out. Then with no time to recover attacked(then 2nd or 3rd) place family) us and now start counting again. Just give us a minute to recover but no. U like it we cant do that cause then u would have less losses and so. I thought its a good game, but yeah i dont want to waste my time on game where everybody hates me.

Now that I know you are estonian it makes me want to take more planets =/
