this "greenhouse effect" was going to send global temperatures up up up and melt the ice caps and flood the earth

after a decade it is clear: there is no region on the earth that has endured straight warming.  The global average temperature has hit new highs 3 years over the past 20 but they have not been consecutive years.

the "greenhouse gas"  paradigm  has failed.  No one can explain why increased amounts of manmade greenhouse gases allow the earth to cool off  from year to year.

And instead of accepting that real data disproves the greenhouse gas paradigm - pollution is NOT trapping heat from year to year -- the ecofreaks insist on circular logic.  the collapse of the greenhouse gas paradigm must be interpreted based on the conclusion that pollution drives climate.  if it gets cooler each year that is due to pollution.  How that can possibly happen if higher greenhouse gas content traps heat, is "not yet" clear.   But we'll solve it!  Clap if you believe in fairies!

Isn't global warming just a natural occurance?

I just see a pattern that started in the 80's, where a greener world was the answer. Which is still correct. Unfortunately, the larger part of human kind was not prepared to listen to reason. Oil consumption kept increasing and pollution increased. And even though this had effect on our world, it had no effect on global warming. CO2 counts have decreased in the last 5 years and still the polar caps are melting. I see nothing wrong in this, a natural fluctuation in earths warmth has been around ever since it had formed.

A larger problem is the oil consumption, we're slowly running out. Arabic countries have been holding back the exact numbers of amounts that are left. In order to not run out of this still very needed resource, I see people running out and blaming global warming on our amounts of pollution. Which is just easy. And quite effective. Pollution has gone done, which is good, but global warming hasn't.

So, global warming is still happening and pollution is down. Natural occurance combined with a good thing.

I see no problem in keeping the myth going. There's still enough retards in the United States who need convincing that a 4-cylinder car can be almost as good a 8-cylinder car.
