I now introduce H.R. Take 1.2 Trillion Dollars from Businesses and Bonuses from Members of the House and give it to the Poor Act.

and then on the 1,000th page of a 5,000 long act it says that 1.2 trillion dollars will be given to businesses and Bonuses of the members of the house inorder to have them give it to the poor; and that neither the businesses or the members of the house are actually obligated to give any of the money to the poor.
