Topic: new story concept

I wanted to put an idea I am toying with to the IC Rp community, and thought it might as well go here...

I am wondering what people think of the blog-fiction concept? I am considering a love story set in a slightly alternitive history (Iran gets teh nuke and the US invades, WW3 insues with many sides and many conflicts around the world, war and misery everywhere.) I was going to write it from several characters points of view to create a interconnected series of stories that wound together... then upon more thought I wondered about setting it up as 2 diaries, one of the male lead and one from the female lead, which of course led to the idea of writing it as a blog format (2 seperate blogs linked together) but knowing that the idea of blog-fiction is new but not highly thought of in the critical world, but wondering what actual creative people might think about the idea.

Also if people want to know more I am happy to post a brief plot summary and back-ground if desired...

I'm not a big blog-person, but the concept is basically two people telling their stories and it intervening. That's a concept I have been working with and it's awesome. (My story Kryll Wars was my first attempt at intervening character stories, I got a few that are way more like your suggestion)

Basically, different views on a plot are always a good way of writing a story unless you really screw up tongue

I'll never know if it was worth the pain, but I still loved it more than anything in the world - it was my life.
