Well, the only sensible argument against this is that keeping them in prison costs a lot of money. You could make them work while they're inthere though.

Where as the point that homosexuality is in fact an "error in evolution" is valid, noone has ever stated that the single purpose of human life is evolution. I do not see why two people of the same sexe that want to get married, or whatever you want to call it, shouldn't be able to. It's their choice, it does not affect anyone. It is in fact discrimination to not allow them to do so, considering marriage brings tax reduction etc.

As for "marriage is a religious right".. it is not.
Marriage has it's origin in ancient rome, where the wife would be transfered from the family of her father to the family of the husband. The change of pater familias. It's actually quite an interesting bit of history if you are into law and history.

(Disclaimer: I am sure other cultures in other parts of the world have also had marriage or an equivalent of it, I merely tried to state that marriage historically is not connected to religion.)
