Agreed with Simka. The last time i was an active Camaar attacker with 2 morales i was doing between 10-50 captures on average. It might be lower when im getting position and then higher when we are warring. 50 was a daily amount when warring

And that was with limited morale

I think they differed from TOs. They gave you a 1% bonus for every 1% and it only went up to 50% or something like that. Since magic bonus didn't effect how much was gained they were fairly useless compared to TOs.

I'd assume they were a carry over from before custom races could have TOs. So some of the pre-set races would have TOs or ICCs. Once TOs we made available to custom races ICCs were useless. Of course im only postulating since i can't remember that much from back then. I didn't really know much about the game until a couple of rounds later
