The IC community makes 48h naps on a common basis, none of which have it specified, but all of which have it implied that the 48h refers to the cancellation time. By your logic most of the naps in IC are uncancellable, and for some reason people just like to call them 48h naps, even tho the 48h means nothing. I believe you are smart enough yourself to see that your logic is flawed, and that 48h NAPs are a reference to the 48 hours you have to wait from cancellation to the time attacks can start. This is elementary IC, and if you are in doubt to what is being referred to by 48h naps, go read up on TNT standard terms or so.

We made a 48h nap with autoexpiry on 15th march, its right in there in what you pasted. That is indisputable, the print and evidence have been posted by you personally.

Now like Genesis points out, i agree it was not in the spirit of the nap that was signed and that your family probably have made an assumption that it was to be regarded as a pnap til 15th, but it is in the writing pretty clearly that it is 48h, and when it boils down to it, it is what you actually sign that matters.

If you had treated me and my allies with some decency earlier i would never have enjoyed pulling a prank on you enough to cancel it 5 days early, but with the stunt you pulled at us, i felt compelled to get you back a little. I told you that when you start toying around with loopholes it will come back to bite you. Karma is a bitch, but consider us even.

If the nap was not cancellable, why would it be referred to as a 48h nap, the old nap was cancellable and that is the nap that was reinstated, nothing else changed.

Killbox i agree and have admitted we are using a loophole, and you should have understood by now that we do this because  that is what Torqez did to us when this deal was signed in the first place. I told torqez then he shoudlve sticked to his word and kept it fair, but when he didnt we all knew that this would get messy later. He is now reciving his karma, and we all know karma is a bitch, so lets leave it at that and enjoy the war, man i wish i could be attacking , havent had this kinda big fleet war since the AYB times.

Torqez im sorry to say you are wrong, the deal we made clearly states that we are signing a 48h nap ending on 15th. Possibility earlier cancellelation isnt mentioned at all, although it implied by the 48h nature of the nap.

I have been trying to discuss this whole mess with torqez for about a week, but he has not responded to me nor been on chat. He has entangled himself in his various deals and so i wanted to discuss it with him. Since he has done his best to avoid me, i really had no reason to interpet the deals in any other way than i currently have.
