noone said partax was gonna be a pop banking race.

problem with that, serlur ku, is that you give a big guy in a small fam as massive advantage.

The idea is that while a partax still isn't all that in a income kind of way, they are powerfull and stable (try opping a pax with 70% magic)

For those of you that say it's overpowered?
Think of this: 7 ops on a CF banker will take him down to 21% of his income...for 6 ticks...but only one banker. Considering that only partaxes can do this, you can effectively (partially) lock down one banker (per partax in your fam). And it only lasts for 6 ticks. Meaning the partax will only have 6 ops after that. An active partax can take down one cf banker to 36% of his income, for the entire duration of a war.
But really, an active partax can take 4-5 pop bankers to negative income for a longer period.
