Ready to move forward (4179) has DECLARED WAR on us.
4179 Declared the way
ye not gonna happen, you allready ruined my SD round ![]()
i speak the trutth
Lets just forum ban glue?
Well if you want randoming you can do PW, thats where i am atm!
But my problem isnt the community, every round i find new friends that i really hit it off with, but not even that can keep me interested
That makes activity more crucial...
Ive been playing IC sorta sporadically for the last couple of years, I always get drawn back into this and every round im motivated to do better than the last. However, a little into the round i most often find myself loing interest, without really knowing exactly why.
Ive been doing good families, families with friends, just randoming etc.
Ive been doing strict plans and strategies and ive been doing more SS play.
Ive been leading, ive been banking, ive been attacking.
Ive been chatting in chat with fam, ive been fighting agressively and ive been booming passively.
Ive been winning and ive been losing.
Basicly ive been doing all the things that used to make IC interesting and fun to play, however i always lose interest.
And it struck me the other day why:
There is no inovation anymore in IC
No matter what scenario i find myself in, ive always been there before, I know what needs to be done, and I know how others will behave. And since there is no inovation, it basicly comes down to dedication and activity. I also find that this is much of the reason as to why i have preferred SD over the normal galaxies, basicly because its different and opens for more possibilities, theres a hint of innovation left! (keep SD running plz)
Please try to change IC up a little, please introduce some new unknowns, so that not every family is playing the same strategy, just with different activity.
Wish i could issue such bonds and omeone would buy :S
ye
im ur friend wwwwiiiii
sweet speedy, added ![]()
see ur high ranked and protoss, you can help me ![]()
Whats ur user speedy, wanna play?
Less efficient than what is the questions\
Less efficient than a working full fam team YES
Less efficient than a non-working poorly managed or inactive full fam team NO
Full freedom of allocation will always theoretically be the most efficient. The bigger teams the less waste...
What you guys needs to remember is that everything works.... SS also works, its just a few more tradeoff steps down the Work/Payoff diagonal..
Teams are less efficient, but easier to pull off, weve always known this.
With the reduced activity thats come, and the reduced competition, IC is possible to play for team based families (it probably always was)
god im so sick of the so clearly overpowered marauders vs protoss :S
noone has ever wanted me this badly before
....
I have my guesses as to who you are tho ![]()
and who are you
ill get on msn althou i never use it ![]()
As a protoss i feel that i can never have a general strategy, i always have to play the counter-game. Annoying ![]()
If you vote for an Atheist you vote for reason and sense.
If you vote for a Religious person you vote for supersitition and faith.
The Choice seems easy to me
Played some more now, mostly 3v3 and 4v4, Seems i always do best when i just build MASS stalkers with blink and upgrades
1 gate gives a really pathetic productionspeed tho :S
Problem i find there is that to have stalkers early enough to counter reapers, you basicly have to rush them, and use your gass for stalkers.. If the terran then uses his barrakcses for marauders instead.. ur screwed
IEM?
Reapers are easy to handle if u got blink stalkers, but you really gotta prepare well then, and never leave ur base unattended.. its a real bitch
...
if mass rays beats mass carriers, are carriers ever a good choice?
i want a new chance to enter this competition after ive had a few more days in the gym!
But, if he wins, then he isnt fail :S.... Darkmason should lose this... else he isnt a fail
