i disagree. if you look unbiasedly at what is healthy, in nature what is healthy is a creatures's abillity to create offspring that will eventually create their own offspring. i think the 2nd kind of conservative, that rejects the morality of the society, the morality of christianity, to be less healthy then the 1st kind of conservative or a liberal.

thats because you define commited liberal as someone who fits that model. or maybe not exactly fit that model, but where there is little room for a committed liberal to differentiate them from that model.

i also dont see why the second kind of conservative's morality based on efficiency makes them morally superior to the first kind of conservative.

i have it. its ok, i havent played it much, i've been busy. is it worth gettting? it depends. its not a first person shooter, if you view it as a first person shooter, you wont get far in the game. its a rpg in the first person. its probably one of the best games of the year though. so if you're gonna buy a game, its the one to get.

i dont see problems in his theory i dont see the goal of his theory. i dont see what he's trying to accomplish by eliminating jobs.and eliminating jobs is the reason why he wants robots to do shit. his entire idea resolves around eliminating jobs. and i want to know what he's trying to accomplish by eliminating jobs and he doesnt answer... i cant form an opinion until i know what he's trying to accomplish.

yell, my strategy in politics forum is only to discredit the other person,  where rational thought cant be used in the debate.

also yell, you're being a hypocrit because you're attacking me instead of addressing my points which is exactly what you're criticizing me for doing.

quality meat cooked on an open flame, cooked to the doneness specified, with the desired toppings, the toppings being fresh and cooked to the doneness requested. on a bun that holds up to the task of holding the burger in place without getting your hands wet, imparts its own flavor without taking away from the flavor of the burger. and finally must come with good beer.

now this thread is as much about why they havent closed the thread yet as it is about burgers. the OP was spam and the thread should of been closed.

as for the best burger, theres a place acouple miles away from me called, Redcoat Tavern. and they have the best burgers. not only do they have the best burgers ever, they have an insanely huge selection of beer from across the world to choose from.

did you read the thread? i explained it

"

its not spam because the mods like nem.

the rules are a guideline for posters, not a guideline for mods. the mods can mod or not mod whatever the hell they want.

#15 is the only rule mods need be concerned with. and why the hell would they moderate someone they like? they dont. hence this thread is open."

"Freeing the world's farmers from their on-going, seemingly unending cycle of subsistence-living IS an improvement for the world in and of itself.  Moreover, having farmers able to devote their time to furthering their education beyond their field of agricultural-science, will allow them the opportunity to pursue other avenues of interest or other forms of 'economic activity'.  This goes for all fields of study.  As another example, having A.I., automate a computer programmer's job, will allow the computer programmer time to further his education beyond his field, or, even, further his field of expertise and learn to produce even better A.I.  Whatever a single person's process is towards attaining 'more' - whatever more might be for that person - IS GOOD FOR THE WORLD."

finally. what good does that do? how is it any better then the farmer working on a farm? eliminating labor just to be replaced by more labor. some people dont work at all, happy living off of society; as more and more things become free because labor has been eliminated, larger and larger percentages of the population will feel no need to work, and what good does that accomplish?

some people will feel the need to work no matter how much stuff is free, others will not work no matter how little they'll have. the more stuff you give out, the more people switch from honest day's work to reading conspiracy theories and playing mmo's. how is that anything to strive for?

see kemp, he proved my point.

he ignored any point you made, took some random words out of context and responded to those words, pretending to actually make a viable point.

just dont bother with him

Hahaha. You do realize that many of those same countries were once autocracies and were also the most powerful and wealthy countries a hundred years ago right? You also realize that those countries were also among the first to industrialize and had colonial empires right?

i do realize that. but that doesnt explain why people think democracy has failed. whats the goal of government? different people think the goal of government should be different things. i want to know what goals does skoe think the government should have that makes him think democracy has failed. i mean, its certainly not stability, quality of life, or wealth where democracy has failed.

i think that in these times where the masses are so "educated" a democratic government is one of the only ways to keep the "educated" masses stable and to keep the government stable.
