I'd guess that's an accusation though. Or you could at least see it as one. I mean, we were just discussing whether she was hot or not and suddenly someone goes "why not? Is it because she's black?". No, it's because she's not hot, you twits.

asking someone if the reason why they dont find someone attractive is because they're black is not the same as accusing someone is racist for two reasons. #1 finding people of certain races more or less attractive, doesnt make you racist. #2 asking someone if they are something is not the same as accusing them of something. learn english or gtfo.

really? so if one or two people dont want such a thread open, all they have to do is flame in it, and you being the dumbass you are will close the entire thread. because thats basically what your post is doing, telling people, that they can close this thread if they want by flaming.

i am against racism because it promotes hate between groups domestically that will hurt the stability of the area.

i really dont care if you dont go after black women, but hating blacks is a far different thing. as for Deci's example. prefering dogs to cats is one thing, killing cats is another.

Jews invaded a country and then had their people settle in the region and claim it as their own. if they were serious about peace, they would leave; they arent. they are holding on to the claim that they have a right to that land. Israel has first world technology and because of that is viewed to have the same responsibilities as other first world countries; they have treated the Palestinians inhumanely and they have no valid claim to the area, but they still dont leave...

"
From issue 2689 of New Scientist magazine, page 21:

"Industrial robots are mostly power-hungry workhorses, but this new mechanical arm and hand uses no more energy than a couple of electric toothbrushes.

The arm is supported by adjustable springs that counteract both its own weight and that of the object it is holding, so its motors need less power to hold and move objects. The smaller motors also make the arm lighter, and so less dangerous if it hits a worker.

The hand has three fingers, each with two segments, and is controlled by cables attached to a motor in the wrist. The motor is delicate enough that it can even handle objects as fragile as eggs and tomatoes.

The team at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands that developed the device are now adapting their prototype for use in factories, and hope it could also improve artificial limbs."

These new robots are fulling capable of walking around in fields and picking tomatoes.  And this is TODAY! All that is needed is political will.  technology is READY for us to do the HUMAN thing."

what happens when theres a tornado/flood/hurricane/tidal wave/ect? these robots dont automatically avoid damage do they? what about the friction thats caused from moving parts? what about thunderstorms? how do these magical robots avoid upkeep?

X amount of oil for X amount of manufactured goods?  Why do they need to use your silly digital 1's and 0's, anyay?"

what resources are the chinese population going to be carrying around inorder to buy daily needs? you have to bring a cow with you inorder to get a cup of coffee, and then they'll give you 20 lbs of coffee change that you will have to lug around until you buy something else with it?

I'm very capable.  have you supported any of your arguments with facts?  Sources? Have you given any arguments at all?  You have not given any response to my question.

I'm not going to respond to any more of yours until you tell me why the current system is successful in your point of view and should not undergo any change at all.

we've been through this before, i gave in and answered your question you posted after my question and you never responded to my question. fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

the monetary system is vastly more efficient then a resource based one. replacing the monetary system with a resource based one wouldnt solve anything.

"And how has that [charity] been working out?"

It is clear to me that if still today every 15 seconds a child starves, whatever it is that we have been doing to improve this situation clearly has NOT been working.

Another approach is needed, not just for the sake of change, avo.

The West is whining about losing jobs, financial crisis, yadda, yadda, yawn, yawn.  Especially in Iceland, lol.

Do they really expect any sympathy?  Who cares about Iceland, or Detroit? What are all these fat, rich white people whining about?  They are protesting about a so called financial crisis?   How embarrassing.

In the rest of the world, thousands of children are dying from cholera and other easily preventable diseases, and malnutrition every day, millions of children, whose parents have died from aids and who are now orphans, have to prostitute themselves to pay for food so their younger brothers and sisters don't die.

And you Westerners are whining about a financial crisis?

You actually think, avo, that this monetary, global economic system is working?

You really don't think there is reason to at least consider a new approach?

I mean, maybe people like you and Kemp like taking trips to Thailand and [masking, naughty naughty] little starving kids.  Is that what you like about the way things are?  Please tell me why it is exactly you think the way things are is so great.

your approach considering some people's needs greater then others is more like Nazism then anything else.  as i stated previously and your post just supported, you supply basic needs to people and what is considered basic needs just goes higher. but that doesnt keep it from being basic or valid. there arent valid and invalid cultures, you bigot.
