Well I can tell you he's probably an angry adult. As for retard, he writes much better than someone with an IQ of even 100, so no.

And just because they're "higher quality" they can't be drug users?

Uh huh...>

They could be, but they're less likely to be. The ones I see also have no visible signs of using drugs that alter the teeth or skin such as meth, and they look perfectly normal. They also have no signs of needle marks either.

Yup, and you're going down too.

They aren't drugs, let alone even a good. They are people who deliver a service, like a massage therapist.

Edit: My business partners don't consume drugs either, except for alcohol. The druggy ones work on the streets and charge $20.00, lol. There is a reason they are considered low-quality services.

?

I'm not a consumer of drug.

My solution to illegal drugs is to legalize what we can tolerate, and eliminate the consumers (except for elites) who consume those drugs.

Whatever the case is, Obama has proven he won't bring our empire out of decline. So to hell with him.

Culture is defined by anthropology as the learned behaviors acquired by the members of a social group. In the case of Diversity fanatics, they should stfu because there is no need to preserve a culture. Cultures are adaptions to the experiences of a population, and there is nothing wrong with further adaption if they are exposed to new experiences, such as technology or other people. You will find, for example, that groups in other countries don't necessarily adopt another culture when they are exposed to it like Western media or music, but rather they adapt their own versions of it.

Well the only other city known as Carthage, built by the Romans nearby the ruins of Phoenician-Carthage, was also destroyed by either Vandals or Muslims, I forget which.

Umm, Carthage fell over two thousand years ago.

I have a quad core AMD64 with 2x2GB ram sticks, an ATI X1950, etc. etc.
And my computer is outdated...;-).

But oh well, anyway, IS the game any good??>

They don't come with quads for laptops yet heh.

Yeah it's interesting. I played it for a few hours. It's different from Rome and Medieval, but I'm getting the hang of it. It took me awhile to learn the diplomacy function. Seriously, as France, every country in Europe declared war on me. Then Savoy took Paris lol. I was like "WTF?"

Naval battles are sweet though, and you can research tech.

<So did half the world.. Expansion doesn't make you an empire....>

It does when it's done to the extent of the US and your power reaches to the extent of America's.

<Yes, that's exactly what the recent years have been showing: wars that can't be won, economic crisis.. All very stable.. The British were able to make their glory last for 200 years. The american "empire" is already struggling....>

The British Empire reached its peak in the 1880s from centuries of incremental steps. Then decades later it was in decline. Likewise, the American Empire was an empire for a longer time but did not reach its peak until after WW2 as you correctly said.

And while we are struggling, it's because our elites are a bunch of insolent n00bs. The mechanisms and technology are there for us to restore the strength of our empire under strong leadership. Our Empire is in decay mostly because of Bush for being a n00b, and now Obama isn't helping.

<The US isn't the sole center of this system, nor is it the only system.. I'd suggest you check out Wallerstein's world system analysis wink>

Of course. But America's periphery extends further than other core countries.

<It is only recently that the US was the world major power, namely after WWII. and it's already losing ground to China and the EU. not because of weak leadership (or you must be a dictatorship), but to poor economic management.>

That too. The good thing is that the Europeans are our buddies smile.

> "And Rome > British Empire."

A moot point since the question at hand was whether America was the greatest empire since Rome. The relative size or importance of Britain to Rome is not important in that discussion. The facts that the USA is not an empire and is not as large or globally important as the British empire was in it's time is the reason you are wrong.>

Yes, America is an empire. It expanded and conquered territories to the pacific US from the original thirteen colonies. America is also able to project its power and influence more than the British. While the US does not directly rule countries as much, much of the world is part of its periphery. Its only recently, because of weak leadership, that that power is being eroded.

Of course it is. Not considering its ability to project its power around the world unlike any nation on earth, manifest destiny and the conquest of the Native Americans automatically makes America an empire.

And Rome > British Empire.

The problem is that America's system is not a free-market health care system. We have HMOs, for example.

That depends. While Europeans and Canadians tend to have superior basic care, your advanced care quite frankly sucks.

Quaz,

Lol, the computer I got is actually an Asus. It's not as good as that one though.

Skoe,

It exceeds those requirements except for the processor speed.

I have

2.26 ghz duo processor
512 mhz of video memory/1024 mb of max memory.
4gb of ram
NVIDIA GeForce 9800m GS

Not as good as gaming desktops, but it's good.

Otherwise, I am able to run the demo despite being a little off on the processor minimum. It seems hella fun, it's 9/10, and the graphics are insane.
