Do you seek to enter the United States to engage in export control violations, subversive or terrorist activities, or any other unlawful purpose? Are you a member or representative of a terrorist organization as currently designated by the U.S. Secretary of State? Have you ever participated in persecutions directed by the Nazi government of Germany; or have you ever participated in genocide? Have you ever participated in, ordered, or engaged in genocide, torture, or extrajudicial killings?
Yes  No

MORGAN: OK. Unfortunately, I have to leave it there. One final very quick question for you, Jeffrey. Just struck me listening to this debate about the Second Amendment. Given it's so open to different interpretations -- and it is. And I read both arguments. You can argue it both ways. Is there an argument for the Second Amendment to be repealed and to be clarified and be redrafted? Could that happen?

TOOBIN: Absolutely. The Constitution can always be amended. But you want to see a revolution in this country? I mean, the Second Amendment is embraced by the Republican party with a great fervor. And a heck of a lot of the Democratic party as well. You could see it revoked, but it's not going to happen.

...MORGAN: Tomorrow, a special PIERS MORGAN TONIGHT on guns in America. It's the issue that's front and center across the country. Tomorrow, we're tackling it head on. I'll bring together lawmakers, survivors, experts, people on both sides of this very contentious debate. We'll have Cory Booker, Tom Ridge, Deepak Chopra and many others to talk about the tragedy in Newtown and the step America must now take to keep everybody safe from gun violence.

Soooo....he was told by a supporter that his agenda would lead to "a revolution in this country" and then he calls it "the step America must now take"?

@ esa

I don't know a country on earth where a foreigner can drop in, and argue with a native, and tell the native he's a disgrace to his country, without being told GTFO

if you know of such a place, let's send Piers Morgan there

I was going to post links but I'm sure Americans and Brits know what we're talking about, and to those 3rd parties (90% of Earth) who don't... how about taking Piers Morgan home with you?

on the whole I think he belongs over there, he clearly thinks he's over there when he opens his mouth, you never disowned him and you should have to take him back

Washington D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier has confirmed that the department is looking into allegations that NBC's David Gregory violated D.C.'s gun banning laws during a recent taping of Meet the Press.

In a discussion about gun control, host David Gregory brandished a 30-round magazine purportedly for an AR-15 or similar "assault rifle."  The discussion took place on December 23, during the broadcast of NBC's Sunday morning political talk show.

I think it was a recruitment tool for the Mafia

they were culling for hit men

kids who wrote essays saying the point was "If you gonna whack a guy, you can't go letting gravity take over, ya gotta have the onions to make sure."  would be taken on as apprentices

Faith will never die because a critical mass of atheists always start massacres and then overreach themselves and are done away with.

Saw it in France.
And in Russia.

Tea Party got permits where required, cleaned up after itself, had no violence, no rapes or arsons at Tea Party rallies, didn't destroy government propberty.  There's more trouble at a concert or a championship NBA game than at their rallies.  What makes them "fanatic"? Should we break up the National Conventions too?

I do look forward to a President being sworn in, then the area fills with his party volunteers in their distinctive shirts, and he picks up a memo and reads off the names of the opposition in Congress and the Supreme Court, then says "The Secretary of Defense finds you are all AlQaeda.  These special officers will take you into custody to an undisclosed location."

I'm pretty sure family commitments, lack of information, lack of transport, worse benefits, bad commute, smelly office, etc. don't exactly equal being shot with an AK for hopping the wire

I don't think my career track as a paralegal is enforced by secret police.
