New PNAP terms are being negotiated.

Ok, i don't really care, im not even playing this round properly, but I guess I should voice my own opinions and facts and what has been happening. And i'm only a stand in leader as our original leader went on vacation and glue who was meant to step up went inactive.

A few days ago 68 raided our bankers, and as we had few active people to retake, we couldnt hold the systems anymore and Colorado ingame messaged me for a nap.

I contacted him on irc and it was made clear both of our fams wanted a PNAP and for us to pay 68 twenty planets. We agreed on having a cease fire while we were organizing the PNAP. We signed the PNAP ingame and it was settled, all we had to do was ingame him the coords of the planets, which we did in under 20 hours.

Yet after we had signed and agreed upon the PNAP attacks were still made by 68 on us, which Colorado assured me it was for the PNAP, 6 planets and he said only 14 planets were left to seal the deal.

My attacker explored all of the planets required in 68's core and messaged Colorado, so I went to bed. Then i had work when i woke up so i haven't been able to log in for a good 14+ hours.

So now i have gotten back to see what has happened. 68 continuing more attacks and so on..

Now to clarify a few things, a PNAP was agreed apon by both parties leaders, and a cease fire too.
It wasn never signed on the relations page because the terms hadnt been met, eg. the 20 planets. But still there was a CF in place.

I did recieve a message from Colorado a short while ago stating that there will be no NAP yet, and he was going to bed so speak to someone else about the NAP. He never said why he didn't want the NAP to go through, and he never said anything about the cease fire. So i would assume there would still be a CF in place. But as i see in our fam news, they continued with the attacks.

Maybe you guys should do this too, as my family still thought there was a PNAP/CF going through, and no notifications of a cancelation for them. I only got the message while i was offline.

And also basically 68 were taking planets under the cease fire, which you gave us the impression it was for the PNAP and then you say you dont want a PNAP, so basically you got free planets from us, that we couldnt retake, then you take more.

68 you have lost my respect.

(I know not all of 68 are responsible for this, especially Metrex, he was just as surprised as us and doesn't approve of this either, and he is just caught in the middle of this drama)
