he's a traitor...

i could believe that an ordinary man with strong beliefs of freedom of the press who did that could be considered a hero to some people.

however, this man took an oath of secrecy.  he betrayed that. he risked many american lives.  he risked many lives of spies from different countries as well.

an honest hero doesnt flee to russia with the hope of redirecting to china and algeria or w/e he was doing.

if he believed in what he did then he wouldnt flee and he would martyr himself.

its not really a surprise where they came from. islamic terrorist groups pray on the young and stupid and coerce them to do the cowardly acts they won't do themselves.  there is a huge islamic terrorist group presence in Chechnya.

that does happen valcona but the percentage of that type of fraud associated with overall bogus medicaid fraud is relatively low

highest percentages and monetary impact**

because the highest percentages of fraud come from worker's comp, medicaid and other programs designed to help the legitimately poor

it would be interesting to measure the percentage of fraud in the wealthy class income tax returns and the poor class with insurance claims and then measure the difference between the harm done to the economy.

this situation is the same with every mmopg game ever.  the only solution is to start people off against AI in an active game setting.  PS and myself are about 95% done right now with creating the AI bots to play.  we just need support from the mods to launch our experiment

super rich dont pay taxes.  they invest in failing companies, take the capital losses and offset it against income.  the first two options dont help (minus off with the head if that is a literal request).  i would suggest tar and feathering for the second worst president of all time.
