Sushi is correct, it's not something we have any ability to change, only Stefan can change it. As for a mod not announcing it, the round was announced as being 60% and the bug was fixed. I wasn't present when the bug was fixed but shortly after a post was made in here by someone letting everyone know about it.

The DS could have been moving through the system, or if he's the only one in the system even with one planet he can put it there. Placing a DS is based off of percentage of owned planets in a system owned, not percentage of total planets owned.
Discrete, as it stands SOR is 0300 for east coast of Australia, meaning 8am expo time (which is pretty good). My time comments earlier were in response to the suggestion by Suicidal that SOR is moved o 1200 GMT. If SOR were moved to 1200 GMT it would seriously stuff up the Aussies ![]()
East coast of Australia is +10GMT, meaning if it was 1200 GMT then SOR would be 2200 on east coast of Australia. This means that the tick where expos can start would be 0300, clearly not a good time.

Turns out I'm not the one that made everyone in his family VL's in a galaxy where VL's are pointless. Turns out if you make people VL's they can do stupid things. It's people like you that ruin this game, I try to do something nice for the players and all you can do is complain. Well you can go jump if you think I'll ever try and do something nice for the players again, this could well be the last HC round that IC will ever see, and when people complain about that they can look at you and your infantile displays as to why.
What's the update fellas? Does one family have better spread than the other? Does one have a better economy? Did either team build 10 ds's first tick when they would have been super cheap? Who's going to win?

Apparently it should now be fixed!
From conversation with Stefan it is currently broken but will be looked into. Meanwhile, the password reset feature works and the password it changes you to shouldn't expire, so you should be able to keep using it to log in.
