there's two basic ways to deal with an insurrection based on communitarian ideology

either you hurt the community as a whole enough to convince the rebels back off due to the enormous negative costs their strategy is bringing
or

I've been surfing around and noticed people don't consider it a good idea to upgrade a nvidia geforce 6600 to a geforce 9500 on a pentium 4 3.4ghz because of bottlenecking so I'll start checking out how to put together mah future new computah
