I hope so, we shouldn't have build good relationships with Russia until it is was truly democratic. There are almost as many camps now as during the Stalin era. The end of history? I don't think so.

Opec won't decrease production they announced today. The big question now is, where is the bottom? Many forms of production need higher prices so it probably won't go to 30 like during the financial crisis.
