Morbid Angel missed out due to stupidity:
Cannibal Corpse are awesome live; the stage is their arena. The studio, however, is their prison. In my view their best album is their live album. In my view they should have only done live albums, especially as it was their live performances that they were most recognised for.
Seriously, what idiot buys a studio album of a live band? That should have been MA money X(

Just an idea I had late last night to try and boost activity, perhaps even attract new blood. Personally I'd be happy if people just read it, but now I'm jabbering:

An IC story or Roleplay, something fairly simple, with a definite goal, that would be both fun to read  and  play? I know we have "Space" but after three parts I don't think it's very n00b friendly anymore.

WASP! \(^o^)/
I miss being 12, back when wearing a leather jacket made all of the other kids bravely shout "Greaser" from accross the schoolyard, and then hide behind their mates when you started walking towards them.

I've always found listening to Marduk to be like listening to a Death Metal washing machine on spin during a powersurge; DAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKA-BOOM-DAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKADAKKA-BOOM-
I don't know if this is an official video or not, but it's my favourite (still panzer division, just not live)

"Mind if I ask how Speed came to be in there, considering it's way more common when combined with Power Metal? It doesn't sound as if it fits with the extreme genres. Purely curious there."

It happened years ago when Speed was represented by bands like Nuclear Assault and people like The Great Kat, who are/were more anger than power....

I just want Isreal to get its settlements and settlers out of Gaza and the West Bank, after that they can do whatever they like to Hamas, Hezbollah, and anyone else who honestly thinks that they can bring down Isreal with Semtex, Molotovs, and rockets that have a success ratio of 1/10,000.

My only condition is that Isreal make an effort to hit actual targets rather than carpet-bomb Palestinians. Hell, even Russia tried harder than they do, and that's saying something!

Can you see what I did there?
But seriously, even if that did happen, what good would it do either of them? North Korea's Taepodong is about as reliable Flint's mood-stabilisers.

Silence Johnny Foreigner! *SLAP*
Necro is a catch-all term for Speed, Thrash, Death and Black Metal, although I will admit it is probably more local than I first thought... sorry smile

The death of Brandon Lee forced major changes to be made, had Brandon Lee not [died/been killed/assassinated by assassins for teaching white folks how to screram whilst punching] the film would have followed the original comic faithfully.

Which makes a difference to the point how...?
No, better question:
Which matters to you why?

Russia has over 1000 Nuclear missiles at its command, a possible 9000 warheads (with an average megatonnage of 10) to play with, add to that the 70 new ICBM's they MIGHT have, and you are worried about Iran possibly having A (singular) atomic bomb withing the next decade, worried about the PRK having a 0.5 (at best) megaton warhead they can't get off of the ground?

I get the feeling you are  searching  for a point of contention.

We agree on something, but you're missing the POINT:

Better defence is negated by better offence.
It doesn't matter what kind of missiles the Russians MIGHT have, we are in no more danger than we were ten years ago. The only thing that has changed is an increased efficiently in detonation and explosion.

New missiles contain better tech:
  Yup.

Better tech in the missiles will make defending against the missiles almost impossible:
Non-point; Defending against missiles has always been almost impossible.
Have you ever wondered why the kill rate of Patriot Missiles rarely exceeded 50%? Ever wondered why the so called Star Wars program never actually happened? Ever wondered why our best missile defence system consists of little more than filling the air with thousands of bullets and hoping Nietzsche was wrong about God?
I'll tell you why; Because missiles are [] hard to hit.
