Next to that he can lockerby another place again once he has his hands free.

Its a powerstruggle between a lot of countries. To name only a few:

pro: France, uk, luxemburg
pro-but-les-fanatic: US (suffers from obamination)
slightly against: belgium (foreing minister pleads against)
against: russia, china, germany

This makes it a very difficult operation to take more actions but if they don't arm the rebels, and the dictators regime holds, it would be a disaster.

They'll probably remove the great dictator.
any predictions what happens afterwards?
democracy, islamic state, socialist state?

I give democracy the biggest chance and hope it happens. Altough I'm very unsure about the outcome.

There might even be riots, power struggle between clans and civil wars in the aftermath.

"Not some wicked ideas or bravery or whatever."
I agree there. But I disagree the population boom made this inevitable. Whats the amount of crusaders compared to the entire population? Also why fight for dry desert land? I think justinian is right, politics as usual.

...its always a mixture of many things. But its much nicer to blame it on someone. I blame...er...WFS!

On a more serious note I disagree with those historians who claim that. I believe it was only partly cause for the crusades.

"Many people believe that the Crusades were motivated by religion. This is actually false, and I am going to provide you with the actual motivations in a brief summary."
Thats an opinion not shared by everybody, whether we agree or not.

China votes against cause they will get the oil contracts if he wins. France and Brittain lost everything and have everything to gain. It has nothing to do with them being bold. But I'm glad they will finally act. I hope its not to late.

"They're mandatory"
I forgot you where in the army. Well, I must admit thats one the few things I understood about those people. I once got them very unwanted as a present (I did not want to be associated with the movement you know) but it turned out to be a very practical gift. No more fractures or injuries on my feet and legs as a kid. I grew out of them eventually I think.

@yell:
Altough not a US citizen, I more or less have the same opinion. I thought of the US as one of the nations with a good system and a bright future. Right now it seems to be speeding from a superpower to nothingness asap. Incredible how obama fucks it up. One day euro's might have to deal with other world leaders and finally notice US wasn't all that bad after all when its too late.
