As with my first post: blacks have no say in whether or not other people see them as different.
Five genders was apparently proposed as UN policy and rejected at the UN Conference in Habitability in Istanbul 1996; although there's concern about the guarantee of "gender identity" in the new proposal on human rights. So I'm mistaken that the UN approved it.
