this was a child molestation case where the victim said he recognized Bain

that's kind of hard evidence, Bain was home with his sister when it happened...lucky for him there's DNA but if they had DNA back then he'd never have been convicted

um we see it a bit differnetly, since only about 1/8 violent crimes end with a conviction

anyhow when I go to prison I'll be guilty as hell

like we would have stopped black people before today? Like we're going to stop black people and make them take their underwear off for testing?

if it takes 2 days to catch a 1 hour flight while you're tested and given a prison uniform to fly in that's fine by me, I don't see why I should be hit by flaming wreckage just because you're a spoiled rich high-maintenance asshat who would rather blow up than give up VIP treatment
