If you gave homeless people a place to stay, food to eat, access to some basic grooming (shower, toothbrush, comb, razer), and a bus pass most people would not be homeless very long.<<

turns out that isnt true, they just suck up the goodies and stay homeless.  most homeless have substance abuse or mental health issues.
