I get so sick of tired of these regulations.
The other day they were assigning jobs as regional police chefs in Holland.
There are a dozen or so police regions, so they had exact numbers of requirements. (certain percentage female, certain percentage foreign).They ended up hiring a completely incompetent underqualified idiot over someone who was if anything over-qualified for the job, just because the person was not of the right demographic. They rather hope the idiot accidentally dribbles on the right places than have a qualified person that slightly unbalances the political correctness scale.
