but you don't serve beer in pitchers, you can't possibly circulate empty and refilled pint glasses fast enough

unless you just run hoses to individual rows of the stadium

actually the product is not taxed, we're not Europe and we don't have a VAT that you owe just for owning crap and adding a spoiler and fresh paint

we DO tax the global EARNINGS of the corporation, regardless of dual taxation anywhere on earth.

If we add to that with taxes adn fees for the emissions on the theory that it somehow affects climate, then everything will be made in china

Immigration reform is screwed up because it was hijacked by amnesty

"comprehensive reform" = good popular ideas held hostage by special interests

>>Our immigration policy is one of the easiest. No crimes, speak enough English, understand the Constitution and your rights, and wait your turn and you are in.<<

But that is not true, there is no set period.  That is one thing that needs reform.  Even Kenya has a time frame.  I say, anybody who comes here on a visa, not unemployed for more than 6 months at a stretch, not using drugs and no communicable disease, literate in English and passing a test on civics, and no criminal record, gets in after 6 years.  If the govt can prove you lied it can sue you in federal court and get your citizenship revoked.

Then I'd grandfather everybody in line now who met those qualifications.

We can do that without waiting for a fence. --I would build fences, and raid factories for those who got through the fence.  But that's totally separate.

And if we can track who's here and when they came in, and clear the backlog of legal immigrants, THEN I'd tackle giving amnesty to the cheats.  And they'd probably get easier treatment from a majority of America than they can by trying to demand TOTAL AMNESTY FIRST before we do anything else.  Especially if everybody who came legally was guaranteed success.

"immigrants" are people willing to throw off their homes to move here and make this their home.  We make it hard on "immigrants" but shrug about the tens of millions of "migrant laborers" who have no loyalty to this country and demand we look the other way while they move about at will sending whatever they earn back home

I was taught in school that a foriegner who comes to another coutnry and loots it and sends the wealth back to his native country because he has no need to give a damn what he leaves behind, is an imperialist pig tongue

Yes Mexico has put in very strict socialist laws, they are only now easing up on their own people but they are very strict about Americans having any role in Mexico; one reason it is so poor and stayed poor.  If you told Americans they could buy any one house in Mexico we'd freaking DO it.  It'd be insane not to, even if you rent it out and never live there. even if it were just one house each. but that is "colonialism" to them.

and I know what a "right" is.  I have a "right" to free speech, which means, I can do it, and if the government don't like it, so what.  I don't have a "right" to it, unless the govt runs out of permit blanks or the database gets full.  So I say no foriegner has a "right" to live here, because we do not have to take 100 million indonesians if they get tired of living on an island with a half-billion people.

Also the Mexican govt is hypocrites about US enforcement.
They denounce the AZ law demanding foriegners provide proof of legal residence as racist.
BUT they sued to the World Court demanding that Texas not execute Mexican citizens, convicted of murder in USA, because the Mexicans were not told they could talk to their Mexican consul within 24 hrs of their arrest.  A treaty of Vienna 1969 promises that.
So Mexico demands US cops find out if you're Mexican, but to follow up and actually enforce US laws about immigration, is a violation of human rights

The Illegal Immigration issue is a result of our near-strict immigration policies which leaves them with no other choice.<<

Horse crap.  They do not want to participate in a fair system of regulation.  They demand an absence of borders.  They demand total freedom of movement without regard to the government in washington--at the same time demanding all americans keep the hell out of Mexico.  An American in Mexico cannot protest the Mexican government, cannot own land, cannot invest in a mexican company except as a silent partner to a Mexican.  Illegal immigration in Mexico IS a crime, and a 2nd offense is a felony.

You have to remember that they are people too, and they have every right to be in this country.<<

No foriegner has a right to set foot in the USA.

YOU ARE AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT TOO. Ask any Native American if you think otherwise<<

World Cup 1970 posterThis war was fought at a time when tensions between the two countries were building due to competition in the infamous qualifying games for the 1970 FIFA World Cup tournament. The first game took place in the Honduran capital of Tegucigalpa, with Honduras winning the game. The second game took place in the Salvadoran capital of San Salvador, with another home team win. The game was in a deadlock with each country gaining a revised sense of pride and legitimacy. The Honduran press exploited existing tensions, reporting beatings, the burning of cars, and riots by Honduran citizens in El Salvador. In the meantime, Salvadoran press exploited alleged attacks on Salvadoran immigrants by Honduran citizens and security forces.

El Salvador dissolved all ties with Honduras on 26 June 1969, stating that
