I'm pointing out that for a banker going ss wardancers is a poor choice. Especially pop banking. If you are going to be wardancers, choose cf/to

Any ss player would instantly know not to put all your eggs in one basket, which is to say, build resource buildings along with the rest of your crap. 95% of them should also know if you're going ss, don't build TO's as much if you're not playing in a big family (IE 1 person families!).

as to races, Camaar will only provide the advantage of speed and attack, after that, it comes down to activity. If the banker has a strong defense, the Camaar has to have a very strong economy, very big stockpile of rez and a crapload of cash to jump fleet and maintain that fleet because you should know 1 person against another, morale becomes an issue, and retakes etc. Bankers are able to maintain a large fleet AND retake without losing too much money that would be used by Camaar for maintaining fleet. hell, the camaar would probably have to sell rez to have cash! A Camaar against a Quantam in a drawn out battle, the Quantam would win if they are ss banking mainly because they would have an advantage economy wise (most likely) and good research as well. Any ol ss player should also know to take full advantage of their ops as well.
Alliances are going to be intensely important in this round. It will be the key to victory an loss.

well, i managed to get one to work, one of the things is that they want us to have 3 input variables and set it up so that when you input a number, it calculates the other two numbers.

the variables are supposed to be mph, kph and feet/second

you input mph and then javascript calculates out kph and ft/s and ends up as such : 30 miles per hour = 44 kilometers per hour = 76 feet per second  or some such (that was an example)

now I've got the variables down, that's it. pretty much the variables and parseFloat, after that, I'm stumped

as to that, it's a slow downhill roll. We're pushing up the hill and they are pushing down. you can take the analogy from there

> The alliance of 31/50 has done nothing wrong. Its a war game. We won. We were more active and organized than the rest of the galaxy. Ive witnessed alot of sloppy play and a lack of any effort on the parts of our enemys. Most of our enemys either rolled over and NAP'd for a large amount of planets for what amounted to a minor skirmish. When our enemys had the chance to mount some kind of counter attack or an operation offensive....nothing happened. We built agents and ground in anticipation of some kind of retaliation...and nothing. Its a sad statement about the competition this round. My family should of been dead the first 3 weeks of the round. If the other familys were smart, they would of killed us off and forced 50 to ally them instead.
In reality, the fear of losing is what lost the round for most of you.

We have been more than honourable this round. In fact, we have been TOO nice in my opinion. Ask any leader who negotiated a NAP with me. There has been a few occasions when planets were still owed to us and i let it slide.

The real problem with the current state of this game is:

Giving planets for a NAP!! This practice should be abolished in my opinion. Most of you dont realize this, but you were EXTORTED out of your planets without any fight! What is that about?! Back in my days this was unheard of!! You basicly GAVE us the win out of FEAR of losing planets. What happened to fighting for your planets? You took the "conflict" out of this game by giving in to extortion. The entire round i was waiting for a family to stand up to us and say "HELL NO! Lets war and do this!". Sadly it never happened.

SO please....if you wanna place blame on someone for a bad round, look in the mirror. Our alliance had a good round. But it was boring. WAY boring!! Im hoping that next round most of the galaxy grows a spine and decides to fight a good fight.

concerning this jason, I feel this is really is true (although some situations were a little iffy) but personally, I felt this was a fun round, I got to play with some friends, make new ones and harass old ones (Bob never did respond to my messages sad) Imo, if you're going to give planets for a nap, at least argue until it is reasonable. if you're ranked 29 and your enemy rank 2 is hitting you, take back your damn planets! don't give up without a fight!!! if you do that, you can cow any fam into a corner and win a nap w/o planets lost. Soccer_09 did that with my fam in MW, he retook like mad when Zidi was hitting us, then he TOOK the fight to Zidi's BANKERS!!! hell, 3-4 weeks into the round we had a nap with ranks 1 and 2 and had 8 of top 10 by eor. X(

FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT for those planets and at least you will get something out of it, if not just a simple, hey this guy fought hard with odds against him. I like that. good job.

> I'm sorry but for all the whiners.. We got alot of our planets from Naps. People were coming to us and offering planets for a NAP before we even thought about touching them. I have not seen alot of fighting coming from my family this round and yes WS is a softy  he truly is wink Infact he is one of the nicest people I have played with. His leader skills took us to the top and has kept us there. He is nothing like what you see in the forums.

I love our ally 31. They have been awesome and have worked extremely hard to get to the top.

mind you after they went inactive tongue

so they had to work twice as hard to make up for the weeks they lost to ia tongue

as for WS, imo, he's a nice guy and he's alright, but he reminds me this round alot of RA back when the he was all bitchy and in your face
