I do not follow my government. I rail against it to the apathetic and ignorant and nothing changes. I guess we'll all get what they deserve.

>>Are you completely dense to the solution I have offering here?<<

You are not offering a solution here. Come back in 10 years.

Don't listen to him. Chris_Balsz is an ignorant son of a bitch! Yeah. That's right. You heard me.

We still derail trains with 2x4s now! It's CLASSIC! I don't know whether to put this in the positive column for gun control because it brings more attention to this good-times classic or the negative column because all the tools and posers will start doing it if guns are banned--only us kewl kids do it now.

Who's only worried about pork? I'm an isolationist. I wouldn't have sent any of those brave men and women to die. I would have advocated carpet bombing hostile nations back to the stone age (which isn't THAT cruel to many of those nations; a few decades at most) or using nuclear arms, which would have resulted in minimal, if any, casualties. I suppose Iraq had a shot at shooting down some of our bombers. I support more development of their safety measures as well.

But, my lack of support of those wars you hate so much aside, that doesn't make Obama's raping generations yet to come and produce wealth with debt any less irresponsible (to put it lightly). Which I think is more on-topic here.

But it's time for non-profits to start planning to support 20 billion human beings. Yes, you've backed up why non-profits should start doing what people have been doing for themselves for millions of years well. From this well-established, thoughtful position you should attack me personally.

Seriously, lay off the opium enough hours before you post. It's [  ]in' weird what you post here. We all feel bad for children born addicted to drugs, but it doesn't mean we want to read their thoughts on economics.

That leads to my point: I don't think it's violent video games that make kids violent. I think it's running into some asshole like me who will type fast and keep talking shit (very, very retarded shit) while making fun of their gameplay and making them lose. The more functional ones figure out I'm not serious or angry and my friends list is always maxed; but the majority just get really, REALLY mad!

I don't consider a win complete until their roommate messages me saying "Kemp he's really angry. I just heard him throw furniture through the wall."

*edit: I mean heard through the wall, not thrown through the wall. wouldn't that be awesome!

lol. I never understood the focus on APM. Don't get me wrong; there is plenty of micro that can improve your success that ups your APM tremendously--but in order to maintain many of their APMs it means just clicking constantly to send a unit in circles in between actions that actually do anything. And I've seen them do it. They're disturbingly consistant in their circling in their downtime.

I thought I found a few who were actually that good once. Then I found out they were maphacking. I guess when the goal is to win win win, taking away the challenge and fun is just a necessary cost. tongue

I will hit you up and challenge you some weekend soon when I'm not drunk and high for st. patty's day weekend with a buddy visiting from DC in an apartment with internet too crappy to play SC. I may still be drunk and/or high, I just need decent internet to win. tongue

All of these imagined reasons why having a firearm in your home puts you in danger (it doesn't) and having a firearm on your person or in your car never offers protection (it does. often.) are just examples of the lack of a case there is to be made for gun control. The statistics on personal safety and the most basic right to protect oneself and one's loved ones are all against you. Pretending doesn't change anything.

No. This particular game made that pointless. Tribes 2 has a hell of a learning curve. smile

So we're just presuming that the increase in wealth in Cuba would suddenly cross a threshhold for revolution if only they traded with the US in addition to who they trade with now?

As you said, they already export elsewhere. So what evidence is there that an additional increase in trade (with the addition of the US as a trade partner) would change anything of the current distribution of wealth? Current trade isn't creating a middle class already.
