what did i blame the cops for? i only blamed the cops for arresting her. which is reasonable because they were the people that arrested her... no one else did it... they have control over their actions and they did it.

no where in the link do i see she was found guilty, you see that anywhere? also, your reasoning that if someone is found guilty of a crime, they committed an offense, is idiotic.

with graffiti, the solvent costs money, the solvent could damage the surface of the structure. with enough money, it could probably be restored to normal. with a washable marker, a simple wipe of the hand would remove it...no money or measurable effort required... 

my reasoning isnt flawed because my statement was obviously assuming a lack of any crime. people were arguing that the girl was probably acting like a bitch to the cops so she deserved being arrested. i was saying that acting like a bitch isnt a crime and is not a reason to arrest someone.

humans are naturally poor.... the question is not why people are poor... everyone is born broke. the question is why are rich people rich....

for both cases, in developed countries and undeveloped countries. people are poor because there are people better off then them.

i hope it is ruled unconstitutional, not because im totally against any form of public healthcare, but because if they do it, i want them to make one thats popular enough to create an amendment for. if they are going to dramatically increase our taxes, the politicians should need to make it popular.
