they actually do have a chance, but it is very uncommon (hormonal imbalance etc)
i was told that it was 9 in mooncalender years, wich would be a bit older in sun calender years, mebbe 17 - 19 or something   dont pin me on this, only trying to remember what somebody once said

i think others pointed out already the concept of marriage of a contractual nature, marriage as a way to secure children's future (economically, socially and in some (old) cases to prevent the enemy of stealing girls/young women away) these offcourse dont apply to just one religion/time/place
