I just would like to take the time to address the matter of Andromeda being on the decline. Back when IC first started, andromeda was known to all as the most honorable galaxy. MW was and still is the most ruthless galaxy. I'd like to point out that these past few rounds in andromeda have been anything but honorable to say the least. It seems like nap breaking is becoming more and more frequent as well as people who are vip'ing into families just to ruin their start. This round you need to all learn to play for fun and for competition. It's ok to want to win but not at the cost of people having to delete because they aren't given a fair chance. This is a fragile time in IC atm. The mod team is doing the best that it can to improve the gameplay and attract more players so that we can all have fun but while you expect us to deliver a quality game, it is up to you as the players to make sure that the game has quality play.

Atm the forums in andro aren't up yet so you'll have to use msn, irc or create your own forum (points to the sticky at the top of uni news) for communication until we can get them reset. We are working expeditiously to correct the matter so please be patient and we will try our best to have them up by the sor. Have a great round everyone and remember to have fun.
