In my post, I called Elizabeth Warren a [person I disagree with].

I apologize to all [people I disagree with] for their justifiable outrage.

Not quite, and it didn't do that much either.

It's part of a far left commie pinko ideology this Admin shares with others in the Dem Party, like Elizabeth Warren:

"Warren rebuts the GOP-touted notion that raising taxes on the wealthy amounts to "class warfare," contending that "there is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. Nobody."

Warren rejects the concept that it is possible for Americans to become wealthy in isolation.

"You built a factory out there? Good for you," she says. "But I want to be clear: you moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for; you hired workers the rest of us paid to educate; you were safe in your factory because of police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for. You didn't have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory, and hire someone to protect against this, because of the work the rest of us did."

She continues: "Now look, you built a factory and it turned into something terrific, or a great idea? God bless. Keep a big hunk of it. But part of the underlying social contract is you take a hunk of that and pay forward for the next kid who comes along."

Explicit in this dream is that the Elizabeth Warrens, not the factory owners, will decide what they can keep and what they owe according to a nonexistant "social contract".

In point of fact, maybe this [person I disagree with] -- and every other wannabe Democrat --should be ordered to spend a Saturday having the AFL-CIO lecture them about how factory owners got EXTREMELY wealthy in America with company roads, company scrip, company police, the state militia in their pocket through corrupt governors, and how they didn't mind uneducated workers AT ALL.

If you told Tyson Foods "You're on your own, it's 1868 for you pal" their board would have an orgasm

Then you're a right wing tea party extremist kook, longing for the lights to go out , the power to fail, the roads to crumble, and the chance to establish a rubber plantation over the bulldozed ruins of caring communities.  You'd replace the swingsets with guardtowers and where children used to learn to read from retired volunteers, you'll have them braiding whips for the guards  !

bill handel was bitching and moaning that "superPACs have more influence than some states"

idiot

you know what stops political candidates from doing it the 19th century way - having clubs in every town in America who want to hear what a great job X will do, and X has got to beat Y, and they gotta tell friends and family to get behind X?

Nothing.

Except, they're such freaking whores that no person of integrity can feel good selling X to his family and friends.  X won't do a damn thing, and that's not X's fault, and anybody who can't grow up and move beyond that, can step back from the microphone and shut the hell up.

In an era where nobody vouches for candidates, yeah, mass marketing has greater sway.  And that means money counts more, since the only way to get a thousand advocates across America for your election, is to hire them.

Not anymore.  Now either you admit that government builds the society where that matters, or you're an extremist right winger.

if you get the fam bank going, and the bots going, then you don't need to "boot" inactives, you can transform them into AI bots and let their AI vote to join a human fam as "vassals".  Weight towards the same fam, but, not an absolute lock if things are FUBAR

yeah it's the ice pack lowering temps in your cooler to the point water condenses into the bread
wrap the ice pack with something absorbent
and the sandwich in somehting breathable like  a paper towel not plastic

2,696

(28 replies, posted in General)

try wrapping paper towels around the icepack, putting the miracle whip on the meat and cheese and not the bread, and wrapping the sandwich in a paper towel or wax paper not plastic

if that doesnt work move to arizona so ambient humidity is lower and you won't be stowing all that moisture in the cooler when you pack it

nah but they could at least drive by and discourage a block party of prostitution and drugs

such jingoism!!! yikes

>you just assumes that all cops are racists, its better then assuming all blacks commit crimes?<

No, I lived there for 3 years.  There was a square mile of black neighborhood 2 miles from city center that simply was not patrolled.  There were 15 year olds selling weed on the corner.  Cops weren't anywhere.  They figured it was a waste of time.   And I'm from Southern California so I know the difference.
