this wil stop bigger fams from declaring war because they will lose allot of income and allot fleet sounds kinda cool.

but what is a much weak foe how do you determine who is much weaker 20% ? 30% ?
and what if the smaller fams declare first ?

are some flaws still in it but can be worked out for less farming..
but for now it only stops war declaration.
you can still farm without war declaration

and there is a new tag to clear some1 smalls. no war declaration needed for that

and this will only happen if you declare war once. its like a nuke i guess ? 1 time you destroy 5 a 10% of the cf's of all bankers in the fam ?

prozac that sort of players are still there. i can say about my fam we had a good round without any farming.

but there are allot of fams that wanna win so badly from fams that do not farm me looks at the other 2 top alliances 05 - 04 and 19 - 10 and still they lost against our fam

so you can farm al you want but you still need to win the big war to win the round (and the big war always happens you cannot hide from it)

so for all players that did farm try next round to not farm and you will see you have more fun in playing.. you will lose anyway
