i guess a little of everything goes a long way, trying to avoind excess fat, sugar and salt

if you have fruit and veggies like nolio said, and it feel expnsive, think of the unhealthy stuff you wont buy cuz you dont have the urge to have them anymore, in the long term that might save you more than you think
