Yes... I've been over this the last 100 times people have asked.

clarification! 2 years I joined per request from 2 RL friends and passed Virgo. I then joined a real galaxy and did nothing. Completely inactive except logging on once a week or so to post in fam forums and get off so I wasn't removed by the server. X( Last time I go over that, this WAS my first round because doing nothing in a crap-ish fam doesn't constitute a round when you're 100% inactive and forget about IC before the round was over.

Edit: My freaky knowledge of IC is explained by many lunch periods half asleep listening to my RL friends Eros (cipherz) and Xeribo (darkwars) talking about IC near non-stop. Subconscious memory did the rest
