Topic: The Gorillas !!!!

This is a draft thread for next round Capricorn !

The reason I got so stiff demands is that I see no reason running a fam if its almost impossible to get the fam to behave like a effective team then I might just aswell go attacker in a fam and settle for that role.

I thought its time to bring back The Gorillas as so many liked that fam.
Prio1 players are of couse the former members of the fam.
New aplicants are welcome to post.....
Do the list of demands for allowing in a player are stiff:


I want your ear 24 hours a day (well not 24 but I want a fam off uberactive players)!
I want cominicative players using both msn and irc !
I want to be obyed without question !
I want players who aid without questions !
I want players who act for the fams sake and not their own !
I want bankers who handle testing for deffended planets to save attacker morale !
I want EXTREMLY aggressive players no matter if they are bankers resurcers or attackers !

The last time The Gorillas was about the fam fought over 50 wars during the round.
The goal is to beat that number ! tongue

If you feel this suits you then you may apply for a spot.
Otherwise I sugest you find a retiremtn home somewhere else ! tongue

Sence I have often failed to make my project work cos players that agreed to come was nowhere to be seen once the round opend I will make a list of 15 names and pick the first 6 on that list I can get hold off once the round opens.
I will put players in the order I think their skills deserv them to be at or if I dont know em at the bottom.
So far the following players have been added:

4. Big Gary
5. Nightwish
6. Draytax
7. Fygaro

LOL yeah I think he asked everyone in chat, including me, whether they wanna join, and the people in the list are people who were seriously drunk when he asked, because I cant see one good reason to join you. Over the past month alone youve done enough stupid things to put me off playing with you ever.

I want EXTREMLY aggressive players no matter if they are bankers resurcers or attackers ! (yes suicide attempts against fams 20 times the size arganons fam will be)

In other words join this fam if you want to have a ruined round big_smile

Banker sends two droids and a trannie (or something similar) to retake a planet first, because sometimes attackers wont leave defences there. Saves attackers morale, gets bankers back their planets faster that grabbing back from the attacker who retook.
Although - "Wdf" indeed.
Isn't useful if you need speedy retakes, banker speed =bad.
Most of the time bankers will fail to retake some with their pittyful fleets tongue, so then the attacker needs to retake anyway, which he could have done 4 tics earlier in the first place. O_o
Doing this at all stages of the round isnt smart IMO, perhaps in a war situation where attackers need morale for agressive attacks and the retakes are 0 or 1 ticers for bankers...

Still, duno why playing with this 'strat' is a major requirement for getting into the fam. You may as well ask for attackers who play fig heavy, or put more research points into Military than cons? Or bankers who make their own food etc etc
