Hahahaha possibly  250 planets is inactivity of much players... bankers or attackers inactives...

One good war of both sides.... possibly max 100 planets not more (~5 systems)....  +100 planets possibly done by inactivity, raid bankers inactives, attackers gays inactives... or leader consume bad resources in personal war or fleet, dont tactic... dont strategy... not important... real life.... sex. big_smile
