RS was the banker that made pop popular in PW. I realize you wouldnt recognize your enemy's achievements. Outer Rim has always been a joke, never even seen the others pop bank. You fought fams 1/3 your NW, calm down cloud, youre not that good or you would still be in first in size and NW from that war with 3125/3126... but youre not.

I actually don't think Outer Rim was that good either...and also, I believe the only reason pop bankers can ever achieve high income is due to shitty oppers and/or good diplomacy to keep them safe, thus, the credit outta be attributed to somebody else.

All this talk of pop and of people not present... To be honest, before I played in his family, I thought Outer RIm was all hype... however, after playing with him, I realized his choices for past rounds (ie: deleting one round when my tri smashed his) was pretty understandable... we did a massive raid and pretty much pushed him into Pmode 3-4 times...not sure what round it was though...he did have over 500 planets though...after less than 100...difference being to the BS that goes on now, is that our two tris were about evenly matched, we just had a better and more coordinated plan. 
As for the pop banking you guys are talking about... all I have to say of 100 mill pop is ROFLMAO!!!! IN PW R32 when Outer RIm was one of my bankers... I got him to almost 1K planets... he couldn't go any higher as he was way below 0 on morale for the last few days before EOR...anyways... He had about 330 mill pop and it wasn't even maxed at EOR... 35 mill income... FA> you all... 
Did I mention MJ(MotherJedi) was another one of my bankers that round and I had her at almost 700 planets... Plus AweXome was my third banker and he was over 400 planets too... semi inactive at the time...so my three bankers @ over 2K planets... 1337...

I believe back then Pinwheel was longer, had more fams/players and more planets. Still impressive nontheless. But I stand by my reasoning, and your case would fall under "shitty oppers" more so than diplomacy, as there are many families who are comparable in NW/size thus competition, and I'm basing this off the idea that you probably didn't NAP them all. Furthermore, a lot of the players you see in rankings are considered "good" now, were quite poor back then (some are still poor now), but times have certainly changed. I'm basing my judgment of players on what they have accomplished now, rather than what they have accomplished in the past, for better or for worse.

Everybody in Pinwheel is farming. Top 5 families wouldn't fight each other because 25/26 is PNAP'd with 11/22 after war. 16 just beat 25 in 1v1 war but refuses to NAP (unless 26 PNAPs 16) because they have a previous stipulation with 26 that only one fam out of the alliance can fight 16 at a given time. All the fams below #5 spot are irrelevant, and any actions done by top fams on them is considered "farming". In conclusion: the round was over when 25/16 war concluded, whoever has more planets at EoR just indicates who's been farming more

I got Cummy to 1k planets dun remember what round it was though.. it could have been round 32 but i remember you raiding him for 300-400 planets near eor cloud was so pissed at cummy for having such sloppy defends. Though i still hold the record for most succesfull attacks in one round (1.5-1.6k succesfull attacks) that round
and on a side note, me and outer rim where the one's who really introduced Pop banking in pw (I even teached RS all he knows about popping). When we reached 15+ mil incomes, people figured it was worth popping in pw
