Hey, i'm just saying from personal observation of drug users and marijuana abusers, I can say without a doubt report accurately of what I have seen.  And I have seen no allowable benifits.  People who steal money to get more drugs.  Fork lift drivers high on marijuana and losing track of where they are.  Plumbers who can not do a very damn good job, because they forgot how to plumb a leaky faucet.  Parents selling their kids for a baggie.

Let's not even get started on those who started out on marijuana, then "graduated" to other substance abuses like meth.

The THC in marijuana stays in the system for aproximately 30 days from one hit.  The growers are attempting to crossbreed species or in the european unions case, genetically modifty it.  Several species in europe, has THC levels that now stay within the body for over 60+ days.  All in order to aggresively create a more potent marijuana whose effects are more long lasting.  I don't believe this is a good thing.  Most of the people say well this will help medical marijuana users with any body pains or aches they may have, and therefor use less.

They're not using less.  They're using more, because the high is stronger and more long lasting.  And they prefer to be high than go to work, go outside and play, teach their children.

I don't see the benifits to this garbage called 'weed'.  And it is a weed, it's insidious, proliferates, and destroys any positive growth near it.

I'm under the impression that it will not be good to legalize marijuana. Not becaulse its a bad drug or people thinking they can actually get addicted to it (coulse you can't) but becaulse when legal the price will go up like 300% due to taxes.

I think whut needs to be done is make it like it is in Holland. its not legal but not illigal aswhell.
the drug its self is not addictive. only the people that use it can be weak but if you can get addicted to weed you might aswhell get addicted to m&m's.. i mean you have to be one of the weakest minds to get addicted to something that isn't addictive in nature.

Its a fact that alcahol is worce for your body and brain than marijuana.. there is a reason that alcahol is on the 1st list of dangerous substances while marijuana is on the 2cond less dangerous list.

Also someone under the influence of alcahol tends to get agressive fast while someone that has just smoked a joint is quite the opposite and usually very friendly to everyone.

so don't legalize.. just make it like we Dutch did

They can tax it to whatever level they want, but if they only tax it 300% of its natural sales price, the price will still go down. I think you're missing the sort of price increase that goes on for a product to be widely available on the black market.

In the Netherlands soft drugs are not "legal" but "getolereerd" (=tolerated). You are allowed to buy softdrugs from legal coffeeshops but you are not allowed to cultivate it. You get punished for that which is weird. Officially you are allowed to carry with you 5 gram.
