I've personally never let a family i was in or lead fail so badly that i've been that low.. but if i was i assure you i wouldnt just go about making attacks on a fam that cant attack me. You can use that to your advantage.. if they are in your core.. you can explore near theirs, they cant do a damn thing about it.  If you're going to go about clearing a family that much larger.. i suggest you make a damn good move and do it quickly and clear them far enough back that they cant do alot of damage, because the moment you attack and provoke a family thats in your core, where they attacked or expo'd to gain territory.. they're not just gonna be nice and let you keep it.  Also most people will do just what he did and start raiding you and taking advantage of your families mess-up.

This is not true. top fam will always outgrow bottom fam, thus they will always be out of 35% range, unless something drastic happens to the top fam (ie if they got raped) tongue

26 responds by clearing 1 system or 2?
21 tries to clear 26 from those systems
26 retaliates by taking 2 planets + 1 failed attack
