@ Aleph: We wish good luck to 14, but we cant let a guy portalled with 20 banker planets of ours in our core, even if they war.
Last time i let an intruder during a war, the fams napped and the guy turned his fleet on my fam...
I did the same with 02 because they whined colo took shares with ex ally, all i got is to be runned after they portalled...
We proposed nap to 14 to avoid this kind of problem, 05 being in our core, they didnt answer so no reason to let them in.
